Paint Throw

Its time to let loose, get messy, and feel free! Welcome to Abstractions Paint Throw!. Pure creative energy. Grab the paint, throw, splash, and create! Embrace the chaos, Own your creativity! Everything supplied including your 40 x 50 cm canvas masterpiece to take home.  $55pp (2 person minimum)  1 hour duration

Paint to Music - Classical- May 10th 2-4pm

Step into the world of Bach, Yo Yo Ma, Tchaikovsky and more in this 2 hour painting to classical music workshop. No experience necessary, just paint the feeling of the music and be inspired by the freedom of color and sound.

Meet Claire Clifton

My Story

My love of the abstract spans 30 years. I love the experience of playing with color, texture and movement.

The experience has always been more important to me than the finished artwork. In the experience of letting go of expectations comes a delicious release of outcomes and a freedom of expression.

I am a Breast Cancer survivor and attribute my mental health to the creative process of art expression.

Creative Art Therapy

 I am a Creative Arts Practitioner with qualifications through the Soul-Full Mind College and Mind Body Education. 


I offer bespoke creative arts therapy sessions designed to your needs for individuals, groups and corporate entities. 


My Untangle You! program delivers mindfulness meditation through creative art directly to accommodation, homes and workplaces, enabling participants to allow their creative spirit to emerge, eliciting the relaxation response and finding a place of peace and inspiration.

Mission Statement

 To inspire each participant to find healing in the creative expression of their authentic being.

To empower growth and to hold space for all those on the journey to the self, and to gently guide each precious soul towards their chosen goals.

My Art

Expect the unexpected! I revel in experimentation with color and texture and mixed media. I paint feelings and emotions giving licence for colors to merge, overlap, compete, or stand alone. Abstract art is a symphony, sometimes jazz or blues, sometimes classical and sometimes a solo. My instruments are colors and textures and I love to jam.
